Case Study 1: Offshore Rope Access Piping Inspection

NDE Solutions utilized evoARC for an offshore rope access job, inspecting 24″ diameter piping. In a prior 21-day campaign without evoARC, the team was able to inspect an average of 6 meters per day. However, during a second 21-day campaign using evoARC, they achieved an impressive average of 24 meters of inspection coverage per day. This fourfold increase in productivity showcases evoARC’s ability to significantly enhance efficiency, even in challenging offshore environments.

Case Study 2: Onshore Piping Inspection

In an onshore piping inspection project, evoARC proved to be a game changer. Over a 14-day campaign, the contracting company saw a significant increase in profit, thanks to the increased productivity enabled by evoARC. Additionally, the asset owners benefited from cost savings due to faster inspection processes. This case demonstrates the shared value that evoARC brings, offering both the inspection company and asset owners significant gains in productivity and profitability.
