Warranty Statement for evoARC Encoder
evoSonic provides a 24-month replacement warranty for the evoARC encoder from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty Conditions:
- The defective unit must be returned to evoSonic via air freight.
- This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser only.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems that arise from:
- Physical Damage.
- Modifications or alterations.
- Unauthorized repair.
- Subsea Use (This is in violation of the Terms & Conditions Of Supply).
